Pair your salad with one of our lighter dressings such as balsamic vinaigrette, oil and vinegar, or lite ranch for a meal that’s good for you—and for your tastebuds.
What about breakfast?
You don’t have to skimp on Sunday brunch at Brent’s Deli—we have healthy options for the most important meal of the day. Did you know you can substitute egg whites in any of our three egg omelets? On top of that, you can also custom build your own omelets—load up on veggies like onions, tomatoes, mushrooms, spinach, avocado, and jalapenos for a classic, nutrient-packed breakfast favorite.
Also check out some of our custom made healthier breakfast options. Our Fireman’s Breakfast is a great way to start your day with protein and nutrients. With ground turkey, spinach, mushrooms, and avocado, this breakfast is served with our homemade tomatillo salsa on the side. Or our Healthy Breakfast Wrap: egg whites, turkey bacon, bell pepper, and mushroom, all scrambled together and served in a warm whole wheat tortilla with fresh pico de gallo and tomatillo salsa.
