Are there any expansion plans in Southern California, or are you satisfied with having two locations? – Ryan G.
Absolutely. We’re currently looking to open another restaurant in the southeast part of the San Fernando Valley. We’ve received a lot of feedback from that part of the Valley. We’re always looking for suggestions about where our customers would like us to open a new location. We just want to find the perfect location. Our plan is to continue to grow so long as we can continue to provide the same great quality, food, and service to our customers.
Have you thought about staying open until 10 p.m., at least on weekends? — Ben G.
We have, and we’ve tried it before at both locations, but we just haven’t found enough demand from the majority of our customers to dine in after 9 p.m.
How have you kept your product consistent with two locations? — Sean O.
Quality control – we spend a large part of every day ensuring every product that’s made fresh daily at each location is up to our exacting standards. Fortunately, our customers are very good at helping us and let us know if any item is not up to our high standards. We encourage that type of feedback!
Who are the most famous celebrities who have dined with you? — Leslie C.
Countless celebrities have dined at Brent’s Deli over the years, including:
- Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa
- Britney Spears
- Steven Tyler from Aerosmith
- U.S. Olympic swimmer Mark Spitz
